Thanks to our newly appointed Creative Director,
Please Hold UK will function as PH Audio, part of the
PH Media Group

Our new identities will reflect the needs of our ever-growing portfolio of clients and the diverse range of services which are now available.


How will it affect me?

In terms of service – we won’t be changing a thing! The main difference will be the literature you receive, which will be addressed from our collective title: PH Media Group. If you are an on-hold marketing client, you’ll now liaise with PH Audio rather than Please Hold UK.

What’s more, we’ve honed in on over ten years’ experience in the audio industry and introduced a brand new division, PH Radio, which has been designed to bring energy to the floors of retail outlets and leisure establishments.

In-store radio from PH Radio will ensure your customers are entertained and stimulated with a unique collection of tracks that will enhance positive feelings, increase customer footfall, boost sales and revenue and promote brand identity.
